Brooklyn On My Mind

I love going back to my "home town" where I was born and raised: Brooklyn, NY.  The wealth of historic and magnificent architecture draws me to photograph in Brooklyn again and again.  It may be surprising that in a treasure trove of architectural wonders, broad, leafy streets define many of Brooklyn's neighborhoods. This photograph was taken on Flatbush Avenue in Park Slope, Brooklyn directly before Grand Army Plaza Circle.  To the left is Prospect Park.  To the right, Grand Army Plaza (Central) Library, the Brooklyn Museum and the Brooklyn Botanic Gardens: all providing me with marvelous photographic subjects! To see more of my architectural photography explorations in Park Slope visit the BIT video "Caught in the Act"
